Great Fresh Water fish variety, good conditions, and good selection of aquatic plants. Very helpful staff as well. I'll most likely be coming here more often.

Pet Zone has the most kind/caring workers, they're so helpful to every need your pet babies have, even sharing personal experienced advice, so whatever your needs are for your pet/pets, they have it, and they don't hurt ur pockets either, even if you can't get to the vet, help and Southern Hospitality is at its best when you enter This Pet Zone 😀

Super fun little pet store. They sell duck weed and frog-bit. They have a great selection of nerite snails and they even have a wide variety of driftwood for your tank. This was the only pet store I could find that sold a particular type of fish food also. I highly recommend this pet store. They have a huge range of pets and supplies for your needs.

I happened upon Pet Zone a few years ago when I got a bearded dragon. Now they are my go to for everything, from fish to rabbits and everything in between. Super friendly staff and I havent met anyone yet who isn't knowledge about the pets or products.

Knowledgeable staff. Great place to board your exotic pets. Will custom order anything you need that they don’t have in the store, but their selection is top notch so chances are you will find what you need. Pet education when purchasing a new pet: answering as many questions as you need to feel comfortable taking care of your new baby. Inexpensive cages, caring staff, & great selection for the win.

I recommend this place to all very nice and helpful staff. Sometimes I just go in there to talk to the animals, not the snakes tho. I'm afraid of them. But if you have a chance go by there. You'd love it

Love shopping here. This is a great store, small but the customer service is great! As soon as you walk in, somebody will greet you & ask if you need anything. That store associate will get whatever you need done without having to call somebody to that area. I get all my feeder fish & fish tank necessities here. Plus whatever my dogs may need also, from leashes, doggy doors, toys, & food. They have reptiles and a variety of birds.

Very friendly staff and has all of your critters' needs. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast, and we have never called or showed up for something, and they were sold out. Their prices are way better for our needs than the big pet stores. For what we need, we are paying at least half the price for the same product, and it's just as well. My kids love this shop even if it's just to go in and look at all of the animals and talk to the staff. We will be doing all of our pet business with them, superb staff, friendly faces, quality service and products.

I had such a great experience here. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in to buy a betta for my son and was honestly pretty nervous after a really unpleasant experience at PetSmart, where I felt rushed, dismissed, and concerned about the condition of the fish. From the moment I walked in, they completely put me at ease. They helped me choose the right fish, gave me live plants, talked me through my best options for transitioning, and shared really helpful tips (including coming back for snails). I felt listened to and supported, which made such a difference. The bettas here are absolutely beautiful vibrant, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The difference compared to the big chain stores was honestly shocking. Those fish looked unwell and “on their way out,” and I didn’t feel comfortable bringing that home for my seven year old. The fish we brought home from here looks stunning and healthy. I also really appreciated their 7-day guarantee and the option to bring water back in for testing if something goes wrong. That level of care and accountability is rare and refreshing. Overall, this was such a positive, reassuring experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals and their customers. I’ll absolutely be back.
